I have only had a very minor issue with one of her items (it was different in style from an identical item ordered just a few months prior) and Wendy immediately addressed and resolved my concerns. Even though items are not acceptable for outright return, Wendy really wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and if there is an issue with the item, she will work to resolve it. Of about 30+ items of jewelry ordered over a 25 year period (gifts and for myself), only one minor concern - that is an excellent success ratio!
